Actually Cobi, it was on a fairly large scale, considering that russians, mongolians, chinese, and korean citizens were inducted into this hermaphroditic genecodial lunatic's den, especially chinese citizens. If you haven't noticed, Hitler isn't the only one who did mass human experimentation.
